Ninja Van’s Wesley Ng shares his experience with UpCode Academy’s Rachel Lee.

“When you join a startup, the goal is to really learn and that’s something even I am doing as well,” says the Regional Tech HR Business Partner. “I tend to focus on a few things when hiring for an engineer and these are: curiosity, humility and ability to collaborate. It’s important for engineers to be able to look at a problem and think about how they can solve it but at the same time think about how they too, can be better.”
